1. Agreement to terms
By using Jivo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Jivo to break laws, harass others, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
4. User content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content to operate and improve Jivo.
5. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Third-party services
Jivo may integrate third-party services (maps, cloud providers, communications, or app stores). Their terms and policies may also apply.
7. Disclaimers
Jivo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QH Long Island LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
10. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of QH Long Island LLC, unless required otherwise by local consumer law. We may update these terms and will post revised versions with a new effective date.
