We use information to provide and improve Jivo, personalize recommendations, support account security, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Jivo (for example cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and messaging). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and our service.
